ANALISIS DETERMINAN INTEGRASI EMPLOYABILITY SKILLS -KECAKAPAN DIGITAL: STRUCTURAL EQUATION MODELING

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ketercapaian integrasi employability skills – kecakapan digital (ESKD), serta peran efikasi diri dan bimbingan kejuruan terhadap ketercapaian ESKD siswa SMK program keahlian teknik otomotif. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif korelasional dengan analisis struktural equation modelimg (SEM). Tingkat ketercapaian ESKD siswa berada pada kategori tinggi. Akan tetapi rata-rata skor aspek keterampilan interpersonal digital, terutama pada indikator ‘ekspresi diri digital’, ‘interaksi dengan mesin’, ‘memahami simbol digital’, ‘kolaborasi digital’, dan ‘komunikasi digital’ berada pada kategori rendah dan sedang. Bimbingan kejuruan memiliki pengaruh besar terhadap peningkatan ESKD, akan tetapi variabel ini harus dimediasi oleh efikasi diri, sehingga kegiatan bimbingan kejuruaan dalam meningkatkan ESKD harus sejalan dengan peningkatan efikasi diri. Pada konteks integrasi employability skills dan kecakapan digital, kegiatan bimbingan kejuruan dan efikasi diri perlu memanfaatkan teknologi digital, sehingga pada satu sisi kegiatan dapat lebih efektif dan efisien, sedangkan di sisi lain dapat meningkatkan employability skills dan kecakapan digital siswa.
